Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Times

Since we operate on a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary depending on the supplier's location and the destination country. Typical delivery times are:

  • United States & Canada: 7-10 business days
  • Europe: 10-12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 14-15 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may be affected by customs, postal delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for tracking information to update in the system.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you purchase multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

This means you may receive more than one package, possibly arriving on different days.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply once the package reaches your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed. Orders that are retumed due to an incorrect address may be subject to a restocking or reshipping fee.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best lo ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to courier issus, customs processing, or natural events. If you believe your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.
